Shipping


    All packages are shipped using Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers)

    Each online order will receive email acknowledgement of delivery confirmation and tracking. We keep tracking details of all orders. Please contact us or log in to your account if you have questions about your shipment.


    If your order is lost or damaged in transit we will replace or refund your order.  Should you need to make a claim for goods damaged in transit, please email us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. On return of your damaged goods, we will either replace the goods in question or refund your account in full.


    Tric Nutrition does not ship to Post Office boxes.


    We offer Free Shipping around New Zealand on orders over $100.00 (except rural deliveries).


    There is an additional $6 charge for rural deliveries.


    Shipping cost on orders $100.00 and under will automatically incur the following charges:


    - NZ Standard Post - $10.00

    - NZ Rural Post - $16.00


    Whilst we do our best to fill and dispatch your orders in a timely manner, Tric Nutrition is not responsible for the shipping time. Most orders generally arrive within 3-4 days, with the exception of the South Island, which sometimes takes longer. All orders will be dispatched on Monday and Thursday each week. Orders placed on other days will be filled and dispatched only on a Monday or a Thursday.


    Tric Nutrition hours of operation are Monday-Friday in New Zealand, excluding NZ public holidays. Any shipment placed during non-business hours will be processed during our next scheduled business day, and dispatched on Tuesday or Thursday.
